Description: Join us for a morning filled with the science of rivers, restoration, and an exploration of the facets of connectivity through an interactive art project! Robyn of Water Cycle Colors and Emily Iskin of Emily Iskin Art & Design will start off with a presentation on fluvial geomorphology and riparian ecology, and the central tenants of process-based river restoration. An interactive group art project will follow resulting in one-of-a-kind quilted watercolor collages about rivers.

Who: Max 15 participants, ages 15+
What to bring: We will be in the shaded backyard and will provide table space. Please bring a camp chair or stool to sit on and water as it can be very hot in Boise in August. We will also provide art supplies to be used during the workshop.
